Terms of Service – ClocksNest

1. Acceptance

By installing or using ClocksNest you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

ClocksNest provides stopwatch, timer, world clock, chess timer, and related utilities on an “as is” basis. We may change features, ads, or availability via app updates or remote configuration.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app for lawful personal purposes.
Do not reverse engineer, interfere with ads or analytics SDKs in ways that violate store policies, or attempt to access our backend systems without authorization.
Chess/timer tools are aids only — we are not responsible for tournament rulings or disputes.

4. Advertising

The app is ad-supported. Ad content is provided by third parties (Google AdMob). Your interaction with ads is subject to Google’s policies.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed alarms, incorrect time-zone displays, or data loss on your device. Always verify critical timing independently.
